Who this training is for
This program is designed for RYT 200-credentialed yoga teachers moving toward the RYT 500 senior teacher designation, and for C-IAYT yoga therapists wanting a curriculum-deep treatment of the clinical methods that underlie Soundmoves. It particularly suits teachers drawn to working with stress, anxiety, sleep, and chronic conditions through restorative yoga at the depth of clinical practice.
The format is suited to teachers who want serious advanced training but cannot commit to a fixed-schedule cohort. Self-paced, lifetime access, no deadlines.

How this differs from the Soundmoves CE bundles
The Soundmoves C-IAYT and YACEP continuing education courses are 24 and 30 hour container introductions to this methodology, designed to fit a CE cycle. The RYS 300 is the full curriculum — substantially deeper, with the methodology developed into a complete teaching framework for advanced practitioners. Teachers often enter via a CE course, then return for the RYS 300 when they want depth.
Why $999?
Most online RYS 300 programs cost $2,000 to $4,500. The Soundmoves training is priced lower because it is self-paced — there are no scheduled live cohorts to staff, no enrolment caps, no logistics overhead. The teaching itself draws on three decades of practice and teaching experience, plus the clinical research foundation that informs the Soundmoves method. You are paying for the curriculum and the depth, not the marketing budget.
